PrimeCare LLC was founded by Roxanne Marlar, a Registered Nurse who, after years of working in corporate America, felt called to follow her passion—caring for others in a meaningful way. Guided by faith and a vision she felt called to pursue, she stepped out to create her own agency. PrimeCare LLC is the result of that journey: a company built on professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment to serving individuals and families with excellence and integrity.

My mission is simple - provide compassionate, reliable, and excellent care that makes people feel safe, valued, and understood. I believe that care should be personal, attentive, and built on trust. That’s why I’ve dedicated my practice to delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
